It is almost impossible to purchase regular strength acetaminophen at the local stores. This is for my elderly mother-in-law who is too petite to take the extra strength pills. It is wonderful to be able to get this product delivered to her door.

If you have IBS or any other condition that causes daily, chronic flatulence, then you need to be taking simethicone capsules 3 to 4 times a day. I have been doing this for years at the suggestion of my gastroenterologist.
Under the brand name of Phazyme, this product costs a bundle. This is identical to Phazyme and costs no where near the price. In fact, this particular brand and seller, have the absolutely lowest price that I have ever seen a generic Phazyne, type capsule sold for. Also, they ship amazingly fast.
A word to the wise: buy several bottles at a time, as the shipping cost will not change whether you buy one bottle or 4 (or more) on any one order.
This is a product that I take 4 times a day, every day, so I could not be happier to have found it on Amazon. I have been buying from this company for quite a while and have absolutely nothing but praise.

This is the same tablet as the generic Phasyme sold in CVS...for about half of its price (including free shipping for orders above a minimum), with no sales tax.
Makes one wonder how brick and mortar stores stay in business!

Ditto to everything in the first review. Local drug store (CVS, Rite Aid) prices are in the $12-14 range last I checked. Costco almost faked me out on price by having a different dosage and number of capsules than the usual amount and labelling it "Extra Strength." When I got home and did the calculations the numbers didn't add up as I had expected. Turned out not to be the bargain I had expected for Costco. So the box went right back. And now I know to just stick with buying these in quantity to keep shipping prices down. And in Southern California figure 10% for sales tax. So buy five to ten bottles at a time. Same as store brand there is a lot of empty space in each bottle. So if you want to save space you can put the contents of about three bottles in one.

MY MOTHER-IN-LAW IS TUBE FED. SHE TAKES APPROXIMATLEY 12 MEDICATIONS A DAY. ALL ARE IN PILL FORM. I USED TO USE A PLASTIC PILL GRINDER. NO MORE. I DO A WEEKS WORTH OF MEDICATIONS, AT A TIME, USING THE SILENT KNIGHT WITH NO BLISTERS AND NO SORE WRISTS. WOULD RECCOMEND TO ANYONE THAT HAS TO GRIND MEDICATIONS.
